Monday, 9/14 Carah Gedeon, 2 Prep for Test Classwork: We walked in and picked up a half sheet that will help us study for our map quiz on Thursday. We then completed our table of contents and labeled every page and task that we did. We then highlighted or circled and starred key words in our notebook that Mrs.McCarron put on the board. These words will be on our test tomorrow and we were told to study them. We then switched notebooks with someone near us and our partner checked off to see how many of the words in our notebook we had. Homework: We were instructed to study for our test tomorrow and look over the key terms. Deadlines: Unit Test on Tuesday 9/15.
Tuesday, 9/15 Carah Gedeon, 2 Test Day Classwork: We walked in and turned off our phones and placed them in the buckets. We then took our Unit 1 Test. When we were done we were instructed to pick up our DBQ paper and sit quietly and read/answer questions. Homework: We were instructed to answer the questions from our DBQ. Deadlines: Turn in DBQ paper on Wednesday 9/16.
Wednesday, 9/16 Madison Gee Class Notes Classwork: In class we pulled out our DBQ that was given to us the day before and took notes on it on the different types of governments in the U.S. Homework: Study for map quiz #3
Thursday, (9/17 Madison Gee Map Quiz Classwork: Today was had map quiz #3. Once we finished that we pulled out our text books and our notebooks and read pages 82-84. In our note books on the third clean left we wrote down and explained the five purposes of the constitution and what the goals were. Homework: Finish reading textbook pages and notes
