Wednesday, 9/9 Katelyn Fahey, 2 Political Comic Classwork: A comic was put on the board for three 15 second intervals and we were to draw it on a clean left side in our notebook. Also, we were to annotate the many parts within the comic. We then discussed our annotations and went over any words that were difficult to understand from the comic. Homework: We were to finish the notes from the video "The Century: America's Time Ep. 15: "Then and Now"" if we hadn't already and study for our Unit test coming up on Tuesday 9/15. Deadlines: Our Unit test is on Tuesday 9/15 and on 9/15 we will also turn in our notebooks to be graded for all work that we have done from the beginning of the year. Also, there is a United States states quiz tomorrow 9/10.
Thursday, 9/10 Katelyn Fahey, 2 Quiz and Notes Chapter 2, Section 4 Pages 882-889 Classwork: We dropped our cell phones off in the basket and began studying for our map quiz. We then took the map quiz and after the map quiz we took notes on Chapter 2, Section 4 Pages 882-889 on our first clean right page. We wrote down each subsection from the section (Urban Flight, Aging of America, Shifting Population, America in the New Millennium, and Immigration and Migration), took notes on each subsection, and then drew an illustration that related to the text in the subsection. Homework: Finish the notes on Chapter 2, Section 4 pages 882- 889. Study for Unit test on Tuesday Deadlines: Unit Test on Tuesday 9/15.
